Filter not returning any alarms when set as Server Side in Cube Settings

I’ve created a saved filter, featuring a property.  When applying this filter in the alarm console, alarms are returned as expected.  However when setting this exact same filter server side via ‘Filter the alarms before they enter Cube’ it yields zero alarms.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue that has been resolved (we are currently running 10.1.5) or is this ‘incomplete and inconsistent data’ that the setting warns about?

I should add that there is no issue with seeing historic alarm data with this filter, it’s just active alarms that are not visible.

Hi Dave,

When applying the server side filter via the “Filter the alarms before they enter Cube” setting you should see the alarms matching the filter. However it seems that there is an issue with this setting. I have created a task so we can fix this functionality.
