Hello All,
Does anyone have any background on this error, we are getting a couple of 100 alarms across multiple DMAs.
We are getting an influx of these notice alarms:

Hi Ryan,
We had a few similar questions some time ago and often the reason is that these issues pop up after a period of high resource usage, or after other issues such as RTE, exceptions. (You can read a more complete explanation here: Alarm Notice: Failed to write to an IPC Port - DataMiner Dojo)
Could you confirm if you have an RTE or any similar issue on your system?
Or an issue with Cassandra?
Warning notices - Failed to write to an IPC port: Pipe is being closed - DataMiner Dojo
Hi Ryan,
Do you still need help with this? If yes, could you answer João’s questions below? Or if this has been resolved, could you either select the current answer to indicate that this can be closed, or add an answer of your own with more information on the solution, for the reference of other users who might encounter a similar issue?
