In the update center im trying to upgrade from 10.4.0.0-14003 to the latest version (10.4.0.0-14511-CU4)
Which shows as available software.
In the progress window of the upgrade popup i see the above error

In essence, it is not necessarily a problem if the startup of SLNet takes more than 2 minutes, the update can still succeed. If the upgrade got stuck or has failed, you can raise a ticket to have the issue investigated.
