Is there a way to create and test a user group account on one DMA to make sure it behaves as expected and then export it in some format to be used on a number of different production DMAs. We want to create a special "Operator" group and have our support staff implement it all your customer's systems without having to manually recreate the group over an over again on each DMA.

It is not possible to make an export of a user group in Cube.
What you could try is to create the group and afterwards copy the folder from C:\Skyline DataMiner\Users on the DMA to the same location on the other DMA. Do note that you will need to restart that DMA after you have copied the file.

This is indeed not possible if the users are different on the DMA’s.
