Hi,

When trying to export an element we get the error "Could not find DVE child element ID =  552770880939546" but it's not a DVE driver. It does have resources but they are all disabled.

How could we force the export?

Currently there is a bug that prevents this. Enabling the resources and moving the parent to another view can do the trick. The reason the crawling fails is because it's encountering child element ID's that are disabled in the view of the parent.

Thank you for the feedback, we also found another similar issue in a different cluster. Instead of the error that Timothy reported we get “Export failed! Partial export for element DMAID/ElID failed”. The DMAID/ElID are the ones of the Parent DVE. This issue that I’ve mentioned, with your workaround, it works. Although, the issue presented by Timothy is not fixed with your suggestion.

Shouldn’t the “Delete All” work as well? Because, it doesn’t
