Does anyone recognize the exception below? I'd appreciate some guidance troubleshooting this issue.

I don't have the exception but I did notice that there is a version mismatch between ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll in C:\Skyline DataMiner\Files\SLAlerter and the one in C:\Skyline DataMiner\Files.
Left is in the alerter folder, right in the files folder (so the one SLNet has loaded), version 10.2.2):
The version was recently upgraded to 1.3.2.10 in release note 30645.
I believe this exception may also happen when your SLAlerter version does match the right DataMiner version. Please also try updating it (You can do so through this URL: https://<ip>/Tools/Installs/SLAlerterSetup.msi
If the problem would persist you could also try to copy the ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll from the server to the installation folder of SLAlerter.
To confirm, the latest Alerter package downloaded from the DMA was equipped with the wrong version. This will need to be fixed in the next release distribution, but Unit-X is aware.
