Hi,

We have an issue where the Thumbnails in service views no longer displays the picture anymore but shows the following notification:

Our best guess is that there is some problem with the communication between Cube and the browser.
Is there a setting we can change (like the Web Browser Engine) to make this work ? TIA 🙂

Has Wim’s answer helped you find the solution? If so, could you select the answer (using the ✓ icon)? If not, could you elaborate on which problems you still encounter?

Can you check the logging of Cube? Cube probably fails to download the browser engine. Also see this question: https://community.dataminer.services/question/unable-to-access-logging/

Hi Wim, thanks for your answer. Unfortunately we were not able to investigate this but most likely this could have been the cause.
Thanks again!
