Hello,

We are facing to an issue about crosspoints redundancy with the Evertz Magnum driver (version 2.1.0.5).

When a redundancy is performed, the crosspoints are not moved. It seems there is an exception in the driver but I cannot debug anymore.

How can I send you a debug package (.zip)?

Titan Live MAIN: Live-103

Please send an email to techsupport@skyline.be, providing the all the details of your issue, identifying the end-customer project, Dataminer release, etc., and what have you already tried to fix it.
You should also include in your email: squad.deploy-tomahawk@skyline.be.
