Currently I’ve deployed the Evertz Magnum Router connector with correct IP and port information. I’ve confirmed the VM that the node is deployed on can connect to that IP/port. Also not seeing any outbound traffic from the VM attempting to connect to the Magnum server. The Matrix Configuration page perpetually shows “Polling Routes”. Hoping I’m missing something easy here.

As Wale mentioned, you can check Streamviewer or the element log file (located in C: –> Skyline DataMiner –> Logging –> Element_name.txt) to check for any errors.
