We are facing to an issue about crosspoints redundancy with the Evertz Magnum driver (version 2.1.0.5).
When a redundancy is performed, the crosspoints are not moved. It seems there is an exception in the driver but I cannot debug anymore.
How can I send you a debug package (.zip)?

I believe in this case it's best to create a 'driver issue' ticket for the Evertz Magnum connector under the maintenance contract in https://collaboration.skyline.be/
You could already include the element logging to the task. The element logging is located in following folder on the DataMiner agent where this element is located.
C:\Skyline DataMiner\Logging\
