Hi,

I'm trying to set up a new configs on a computer; however, I get an error as below:

I disabled the read-only attributes (Folder properties) on the C:\Skyline Dataminer, but I got the same error.

Hi Jeeva,
Just double checking, can you confirm that the SLTaskbar Utility is run as administrator?

Jeeva Suria Rajah [SLC] [DevOps Advocate] commented 7th February 2022

Hi Jeeva,

Could you also check the permissions of the Skyline Folder? It might have inherited strict security policies thus access to it by users might be restricted.

Hi Rodrigo,

All my Group and User accounts have full control on the C:/Skyline Dataminer folder.
