I have this error on this file SLErrors.txt, please let me know how can solve this.

Hey Jose,

Providing a complete solution based on just this snippet of logging will be difficult. It seems that several processes have difficulty contacting the SLDataGateway service. There could be several different reasons for this. We will try to cover as many as possible.

Check if the SLDataGateway process is running (If not, it might be crashing, the crashdump folder, SLDBConnection.txt, SLDataGateway.txt or SLDataGatewayCrash.txt will provide more info in this case)
A SLDataGateway process is stuck on the suspended state, this can be checked in the details window of the task manager, if this is the case a reboot of the machine will be needed.
Something went wrong registering the service or one of its DLLs (this can happen after an interrupted upgrade). If this is the case you can do the following steps.
1. Open an elevated powershell window and execute C:\skyline dataminer\files\slkill.exe -f sl
2. Run C:\skyline dataminer\tools\UnRegister DataMiner.bat as administrator
3. Run "C:\skyline dataminer\tools\UnRegister dll's of DataMiner.bat" as administrator
4. Run
5. "C:\skyline dataminer\tools\Register dll's of DataMiner (silent).bat" as administrator
6. Run "C:\skyline dataminer\tools\Register DataMiner as Service.bat" as administrator

If none of the above seems to work, please collect all the logfiles using the SLLogCollector (found in c:\skyline dataminer\tools\sllogcollector) and forward this to the techsupport contacts.
