Hello everyone,
I regularly get synchronisation errors concerning users.
I get this type of message quite regularly on the DMAs.
Sometimes it's just one user in the group in question that's causing the problem.
Has anyone encountered this type of problem?

Hello Alexandre,
This error occurs when DataMiner can't link the user to a group and is a so called abandoned user. This can happen due to a number of reasons, which might need a deeper investigation.
If you connect to the different DMA's in the cluster do you see different information for those users in terms of group membership?
What DataMiner version are you running?
