Hi,

It seems that we are receiving notifications regarding files that are no longer present on DMA B. How can you permanently resolve this issue and stop receiving these notifications?

Hi Klaas,

I think you should look inside C:\Skyline DataMiner\Files\SyncInfo, at the file {DO_NOT_REMOVE_C0E05277-A7C5-4969-904D-E2E52076400A}.xml.
I suspect, there you’ll find the references (of type=”add” or type=”change”) to these missing files.
To fix it, you’d have to stop the agent, edit the file by removing the entries and then start the DMA.
