Can you try the Refresh & Rebuild option?
It can be found under the IDP Application Visual Overview on the Admin > Facilities > Rack Assignment

Sorry to hear it did not fix the issue.
The only thing I could suggest to you without a more extensive investigation is to check if the element in question is listed on the Rack Assignment table (the one that can be seen in my original reply) and if in there it also shows the correct information regarding its location.
Also, if the element is listed there, does the Show in Rack button navigates you to the correct view?
Otherwise, I would advise you to reach out to your Skyline contact so an investigation can be done.
