Encoding of the log files

Hi,

When looking at the log files we noticed that SLErrorsInProtocol has UTF-8 encoding, but SLElementInProtocol has a different encoding. Do we know why there are different encodings between log files and what the encoding is for SLElementInProtocol

Hi Michiel,

Most logfiles are written through the SLLog process. SLElementInProtocol.txt is one of the exceptions. I assume it’s currently being written using the default system ANSI code page. I would consider this to be a bug. This should get changed to UTF-8 as well.
