Hi Dojo,

We have created a visual overview that contains a shape that links to an HTTPS webpage.
For some users this works as expected, for other users we get a message that shows "Frozen"

What could cause the placeholder to show frozen?

Hi Ive,

This can occur with the IE and Edge browser engines if the browser shape is displayed in a layout where it is not completely visible, e.g. scrollviewer (or here a grid layout?). It should not occur with the Chrome browser engine. Does this mainly occur with users that have a smaller screen, or using higher DPI (+125%)?
