Hi Dojo,
We have created a visual overview that contains a shape that links to an HTTPS webpage.
For some users this works as expected, for other users we get a message that shows "Frozen"
What could cause the placeholder to show frozen?

Hi Ive, I didn't have a system to check this issue, but have you checked System Center > Logging > Cube and enabled the 'Show debug logging'? Are you able to see any log messages related to this?
Are you able to navigate to this webpage on a normal Visual Overview tab page or even in the browser?
