In our scenario, a correlation rule triggers an eMail message. This works very fine.
But, if a report should be attached to this mail, the eMail transfer stops for inexplicable reasons and takes not place anymore.
In addition to that, this issue only occurs at our customer's site; in our lab, attaching a report to an eMail works fine, too. We are using different software versions, maybe there is a software bug present at the customer's system.
Have you heard of this before?

We have seen several cases where the generated report attachments are too big and get blocked by a mail server because of the attachment size.
Next to that, several fixes for mail reports have been done over time. If you have the version numbers, you can check in the release notes if any fixes have been done that improve the mails with report attachments between the version of your customer and the version you have tested.

The report attachment is just one block (the active alarm list). We tried sending eMail to various accounts, and we can almost certainly rule out that a blocking mail server is the cause.

Are there any related error messages in the log file of SLASPConnection or SLErrors?
