Element not visible in the cluster

An element is visible and can be opened on the hosting DMA. The element is used in services and can be seen under the services on the other Agents in the cluster. But the element is not visible on its own on the other Agents in the cluster.

What could be the reason for that?

Hi Fenta,

Is your element located in the root view?

A known problem can cause elements in the root view the be invisible on all agents in the cluster except for the hosting agent.

Thank you Ive, moving the element to a different view (other than the root view) fixed the problem.
