Hi Techsupport

Is it possible to configure two different Management IPs for each element in Dataminer, and can Dataminer Polling failover to second IP when first IP of an element gets unreachable ?

Please provide steps to configure SNMP for this Dual IP.

Hi,

That is possible with a feature called "Redundant polling". However, this requires a change to the protocol.xml of the connector. More info can be found here.
