Does Dataminer support SNMPv3 HMAC-SHA-96 ?

When defining the snmpv3 parameters of an element it’s possible to select the type of SHA that will be used for the Authentication algorithm. The SNMPv3 support the mode HMAC-SHA-96 but this option seems not available in the drop down menu of the element configuration.

Does the dataminer support the HMAC-SHA-96  mode ?

As far as I know, This is not supported by DataMiner. The below is an extract from the help:

Up to DataMiner 9.6.11, either HMAC-SHA or HMAC-MD5. From DataMiner 9.6.12 onwards, you can choose between MD5, SHA-1, SHA-224, SHA-256, SHA-384 and SHA-512.

Also:

We recommend to use SHA-512 and AES-256, since this is the most secure combination. As such, this is the combination that is selected by default.
