DMS to DMZ Protocol upload?

HI,

We have a DMS and a separate DMZ-DMA for our clients.

To replicate an Element on our DMS to the DMZ-DMA the DMZ-DMA has to have the required Protocol.

If we have the Protocol on our DMS, can we import it to the DMZ-DMA or do we need to acquire that Protocol again for the DMZ-DMA?

Hi Kris,

Typically, once you’ve purchased a connector, you can import it into the DMZ to replicate an element. However, the client must also have purchased the same connector for this to be supported.
