Hello dataminer community,
I am having an issue with the Reports&Dashboards module: Either on cube or on http://<dma agent>/reports, the following error appears:
I checked all the steps, including the DCOM config (which is the suggested solution in Troubleshooting - Reporter - DataMiner Dojo), however I still can't access the reports...
Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?
Thanks in advance 🙂
As the different suggestions did not seem to let you move forward, we'd better have a closer look at your setup. Can you make a task in your maintenance and support project and sent it to your Technical account manager or to 'Create.Ux' please?
I have this issue after every upgrade (I have DataMiner running on Windows 10).
For me I can fix it when I open Component Services from the Administrative Tools.
There open the DCOM Configuration and find SLASPConnecton.
Open the Properties and on the Security Tab set all three settings to a custom configuration. Add a new User "Authenticated Users" for every setting and give it permission for everything.
That fixed the error above for me.

Howdy,
Can you run dcomConfig.exe as an administrator and see if that helps.
Path:C:\Skyline DataMiner\Tools\dcomConfig.exe

Hello Wale,
Thanks for your suggestion, but I already tried it, even before starting the DCOM manually, and it also didn’t work 🙁
In this case it might be best to reinstall DataMiner (run the upgrade again with the same upgrade package) so that it goes again through all the dll registrations properly.

Hello Wim,
I just upgraded my DataMiner with the same version I was using before (10.1.0.0-11319-CU11) and the reports are with the same problem 🙁 It didn’t solve it…
Any update on this? Did you ever get it working?
Hello Robert,
Thanks for your suggestion, but unfortunately it didn’t solve my problem even after I restarted the dataminer 🙁
