I tried to upgrade DM cube to version 10.2. The upgrade appeared to have completed successfully, but the DMA is not connecting. When I try to log in through cube or the web app, the connection times out, saying:
Failed to setup a connection with the DataMiner Agent: Problem communicating with ipc://slnetipc/SLNetService: Timeout while sending message (15s)
Other users on different machines are also not able to log in. It seems to be that the DMA is not initialising. Is there a fix for this? Attached are error message logs.
Hi Bethany, From 10.1.1 onwards, DataMiner needs some extra network ports for the NATS and NAS communication, as explained in the help. As the authentication takes too long, I suspect some communication is blocked, most likely on the new ports 4222,6222,9090.
