We have an on-going bug on NetInsight Nimbra driver 4.1.0.17_bulk, and it is creating the repetitive RTEs. Due to that, minidumps as well as Dataminer loggings in the System Cache folder, with a large folder size. It effects over all disk usage on 'C' drive, results high disk usage.
As per SLC support advice, whenever there is a high disk usage we need to manually go and clear the SLProtocol.exe from the System Cache and minidumps to clear up space.
The no of occurrence seems quite high.
Please refer to the attached trend for one DMA.
Manually clear up the space is really annoying.
Is it possible to enable some automation script to clear up space from System Cache and minidumps folders whenever threshold breaches?
Hi Jeyaram,
It should be possible to create an automation script, but I believe it will be better if we focus our efforts on solving the root cause of this issue (which seems to be a driver issue). Please could you contact our IOC team (techsupport@skyline.be) so they can have further investigate this issue?
