Hello Dojo,
I'm looking for the best way to create tickets for a specific Ticket Domain from a protocol. The idea is that we can create new tickets from an Element, and that these would then be populated in the chosen ticketing domain.
Is there a certain method that can be used within the TicketingGatewayHelper class?

Hi Stacey, You can create tickets using the Ticketing Gateway API. (That uses the TicketingGatewayHelper you mentioned).
