DataMiner Cube Incorrect User name and password

Dear,

I created my account using LinkedIn and register through Online Dataminer System also. I revived https://ziine.skyline.be host on my email and I can login here using Browser and can see Dashboard and Monitoring App.

I'm trying to connect https://ziine.skyline.be using DataMiner Cube but It always give error Incorrect User name and password but same credential work on web. Please help.

Could you try without entering your password, just your e-mail? Does that pop up an Gmail authentication window?

Hi Vikas,

Can you try when using the first login option? You can ignore the username and leave the password box empty, simply press the blue arrow button.

This will trigger the external authentication mechanism and you can then login in the popup window:

Thanks for your response. I tried same but Authentication popup doesn’t have any option. It always open with blank window..
