we have installed dataminer agent, at login page when we tried to login it was giving error dataminer agent was not running, uploaded screenshot

Would suggest having a look into the log folder (C:\Skyline DataMiner\Logging) of DM to see what is going on. SLErrors should give you an immediate overview of all errors in all log files. I would suspect it is most likely a licensing issue as you just installed it. This should be visible inside of the SLDataMiner log file.
I assume you used the 10.2 installer from our community platform?

I always use the customize button and fill in the details related to the DMA you are installing. That information should be provided with the PO you placed for a DM license. You will need a unique DMA ID from Skyline and in the next steps, the DM software will generate a request file (request.lic) that you need to provide to our licensing team, they will then provide you with a license file that will work for that specific server on which you installed the SW. Did you follow these steps?

in (C:Skyline DataminerLogging) there was not folder in the name SLDataMiner log file.
if it is from licence issue what i have to do?, can i unistall and install again?
