What does ‘Refused’ mean for agent status ?

The refused state means that the dataminer is actively refusing incoming connections. It should clear automatically once the mentioned time has passed.
This can happen when the agent is
- Has had too many connections in the last hours as defined in MaxAgentConnectsPerHour setting
- Is dropping events due to the threshold in the QueuedStackOverflow being exceeded.
The reason should be logged in SLNet.
The thresholds described can be viewed using Client Test tool -> Advanced -> Options -> SLNet Options. In the dropdown select the setting and you will see the value for each dma.
Using the Client Test Tool -> Info ->DataminerInfo you can clear the refusal state if the underlying issue is resolved.
