It looks like your DataMiner system is probably not correctly started up as it should... It's difficult to troubleshoot this via a Q&A. Therefore, it might be best to contact techsupport@skyline.be or you could also try to start a troubleshooting session yourself with this guidance: Troubleshooting: Where to start? | DataMiner Docs

Hello Bert,
Thanks for your concern. I was unaware of the procedure to fix it after changing the IP. It took only 5 minutes to fix it with procedure given by tech support.
