Dear DM-Colleagues,
since we have updated our DMS to Version 10.2, we are experimenting some unexpected behaviour when using our DMS on Internet Explorer 11.0. Visuals are not opening properly or it takes a long time. We have already clear the web browser's cache but nothing had changes.
On others browsers for example MS Edge there is no problem.
Maybe someone could give us some advice to clear up this issue.

The DataMiner web apps still had limited compatibility with Internet Explorer 11. With the release of DataMiner 10.2.0, they will no longer support Internet Explorer.
For desktop, please do use the DataMner Cube Launcher.

Our IT team has now just informed me that the file dataminercube.exe, which I downloaded this morning from Skyline repository, has triggered our antivirus and it muss uninstalled and erase immediately. I inform you so that you take the appropriate procedure.

Also keep the caution section in mind as well.
Hi Francisco, Cube should be able to run on a computer where the antivirus is enabled (the link above only applies to the server hosting DataMiner). Could you send us some detailed logging of the antivirus detection to infosec@skyline.be? This will help us determine what exactly is being detected/blocked. Please also include the name of your antivirus solution.

thank you for your recommendation. We have already installed DataMiner Cube Agent and the issue is resolved, although it not running so “smooth” as we would like it. Maybe we have to fix it.
