Hi Dojo,

I upgraded one of my systems to 10.2.1 and noticed below alarm:

  • Parameter Description: Database
  • Value: Could not initialize SQL to CC migration request handler.

Where do I need to look to start my investigation?

Hi Jens,

This is likely a NATS problem, a similar question was raised before (link).

The fix for the problem with the NATS service is described in the following dojo question.

Hi Ive, I had a look in the SLCloud xml file and the IP is correct.

Adapting the firewall rules did the trick. Thanks!
