Hi Dojo,

I am using the Dataminer Health Check dashboard, which ha been working just fine for months, and out of the blue it has started not loading the metrics table with a message like the one in the title.

I am wondering what exactly that ‘Custom_data’ is, and how we can solve these issue.

See the attached image for further reference.

Hi Jon,

The ‘Custom data’ node refers to the first node in a query that is using an Ad Hoc data source. If the server doesn’t support the node that can mean 2 things:

  • The server got downgraded since the query got created and this node is no longer supported.
  • Something went wrong checking the compatibility of the web client & the server. In this case an IIS reset could solve the issue.

Can you give some more information on the DataMiner versions you are using (server & web)? You can find this info by clicking on your user icon in the top right & then about.

The IISReset solved the issue. Thanks for the explanation and the recommendation.
