We have an issue when connecting to the Dashboard app (using Internet Explorer). Every time that we try to connect, we are only able to see the Dashboard icon. The dashboard app is not fully loaded:
When checking the errors through the Developer Tools, we see the following:
- DOM7011: The code on this page disabled back and forward caching.
Additional remarks:
- We are also not able to access to the Monitor app
- The DMA has been configured to be accessed only through HTTPs. We are able to access to the DMA through the Cube Launcher and Internet Explorer
- We didn't test yet using another browser
Please could you let us know if we are missing something? What could be issue in this case?

Hi Miguel,
Internet explorer has been marked as deprecated for any new development starting from the 10.0.0 main release. This means that features and fixes no longer get validated using IE. This decision was made since Microsoft has stopped updating IE a while ago. Please let me know if you encounter this issue with a more modern browser like Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
This is also mentioned in the Help.
