Hi Dojo,
We recently tried to upgrade a DaaS to the latest DataMiner version (10.4.3). Before to proceed with the upgrade, we first tried to upload only the upgrade package (via Cube). However, the upload process always goes into timeout after a few hours.
Please could you let us know what could be wrong?

Hi Miguel, this is a known limitation for the moment and we are looking for a solution.
If you need to upgrade your system, please send an email to daas@dataminer.services with the required version and the organization and name of the system.

UPDATE 18 Sept 2025: this limitation is no longer applicable and you can perform a DataMiner upgrade on a DaaS without the need to contact the DaaS team.
