Hi,

Based on the info on this page of the dataminer docs it's not possible to define the TTL for the real-time and average trend records when using DaaS or STaaS.

  1. What is the TTL for real-time trending on STaaS
  2. What should i do if I need longer retention of the real-time trending records?

Hi Ive,

1 - Default TTLs for STaaS can be found in the docs.
2 - If you need a custom TTL, you can contact support.cloud.ecosystem, and we can manually override the default TTL. This can be applied at either the DMS level and/or the organization level.
