Custom logging levels for processes not listed in Cube logging settings

Hi Dojo, I'm posting this question to document the answer I got from Laurens Vergote.

It's possible to configure custom log levels for individual processes in Cube -> System Center -> Logging -> Dataminer. However, some processes are not shown in the list of options, for example SLAlarmForwarding. Is it possible to set custom log levels for such processes?

Yes, this is possible.

Via SLNetClientTest, using the call UpdateLogFileSettingsMessage:

By editing LogSettings.xml (this requires a DataMiner restart):

When the log level is changed, it is reflected in the respective log file:
