Custom DB queries on a STaaS enabled system?

Hi,
Is there a way to instruct custom queries directly on a STaaS database from within a connector?
Our goal is to leverage some of the stored (element) data in a unique and more performant way directly via a query.

In this question: Dataminer Storage as a Service (STaaS) : Query environment - DataMiner Dojo
I saw there are no plans on implementing a native DB query UI on DataMiner, but for our case we are interested in connecting on the STaaS DB via code.

I was wondering, is this possible? and how?

Hi Thijs,

This is not possible and we don't immediately have the intention to allow this. Even with self-hosted databases, we are recommending not to go directly to the database. This should be avoided...
