This setting ("commonServer.ui.Webbrowser_Engine") is stored on the DMA in C:\Skyline DataMiner\Users\ClientSettings.json. After saving the setting in Cube, you could have a look at this file on the DMA you are connected to, and on some other DMAs in the cluster, for comparison. There may be an issue with file syncing where the old settings file gets synced from an out-of-sync agent to all other agents during the midnight sync, rolling back your change.
