Is it possible for the customer to customise the Cube landing page? for example if they need to share information like next maintenance window with other users

Hi Bernard,
You can only choose to enable or disable the "news section" and or the "dataminer tv section" for the landing page.
As an alternative, you could create a Visio drawing, which contains some custom messages. You can then include the view hosting your Visio drawing in a workspace, that gets loaded when the users log in.
