Hi,

I am working in a DMS and I am getting this error with a Juniper device, has anyone encountered this error before?

This is what we get back from the Streamviewer:

Thanks in advance,

Carlos

I encountered a similar error on a DMA running version 9.6.10. The issue is addressed in RN22912  released in 9.6.11. Probably it is the same case here and a DMA upgrade should resolve the issue.

Hi Wale,

Thanks a lot for your response. The interesting thing here is that we have about 6 Juniper elements and only getting that error message for one of them.

Could it be something else?

Thanks!

Hi Carlos,
Difficult to say what the issue could be . Since you say its peculiar to one Juniper device could you check the device configuration is set to SNMP V3. Other than that I would suggest you contact our support team who can help dig further.
