I assume you want to know how to send a text message to a username instead of phone number?

First of all, this user must have a telephone number defined in the user details, and you need to reference this user by using the Name field:

Then in correlation, you can add an action to send a text message, and in the To field you can type “USER:name”. In my case it’s a local user, so this is “USER:Andi”, but if it would be a domain user, there could be a domain in front of the name, e.g. “USER:SKYLINE\Andi”. So you just type this manually in to the To field like indicated below:
