Configuring SMTP in a Cluster

Hi,

we have 4 agents running in our cluster. Only one server can sent emails, but this setting is now on every agent. Is there a setting that the agent knows he has to give the email to the SMTP agent. Problem is all other servers can’t reach the SMTP server.

Hi Stefan,

As indicated on the following page (Overview of the files found in the root folder | DataMiner Docs), DataMiner.xml is partially synchronized. It is, however, not fully documented what data is and what data is not synchronized.

I do believe from experience that the SMTP tag is not synchronized and therefore you can apply it only on one agent.
