Cloud connection – IP addresses of *.dataminer.services

Hi Dojo,

We're trying to configure our firewalls to allow a DataMiner Agent connect to DataMiner Cloud.

Can *.dataminer.services be defined by an IP, or IP range? I see that currently the IP of dataminer.services is 52.149.106.174, is this the only address? Can it change over time?

Hi,

The following list of IPs are currently being used:

  • 52.149.106.174
  • 20.50.2.35
  • 20.50.217.191
  • 20.103.147.5

Note that these are not yet documented in the DataMiner help, but soon will be.

For now, there’s also a chance these IPs might change when new functionality is introduced, but we’ll try to take measures to prevent this from happening where possible.
