When pressing the renew session I see following on my screen. I'm not able to click anything. What does it mean and how do I resolve it?

Hi,
Whilst I'm not sure what the root cause is, a workaround for similar cases in the past has been to use a different server to set up the connection or renew the tokens. I suspect it has something to do with the currently installed browsers and Windows versions, but it's a guess.
