I want to set the "Delay Time" on the SLA to 1 hour, but the possible range is restricted to 1sec to 30min.
Is this a systematic restriction or can it be changed? (Protocol Skyline SLA Definition Basic 2.0.0.33)
Background to that question is: the SLA should only count the violation, when the measuring device completed at least on measuring cycle. So the persistens of the error is confirmed.

I had a quick look at the driver and indeed, there is a hardcoded upper limit for the delay time (set to 1800 seconds). Checking the driver history I don't see a possible constraint to update the range. Please could you contact the Technical Account Manager assigned to your account so we can check in more detail this use case and proceed (if possible) with this update?
