when migrating Cassandra (and potentially Elasticsearch as well) to a central linux cluster, who is responsible for the database consistency in case some failure happens?

In case of a failure on the DB cluster, Skyline is responsible for making sure that DataMiner doesn't crash on that event.
However the DB infrastructure and the database consistency is the responsibility of the user.
