hi all,

I think I was able to use it until last week, but now I can't access it from Cube to DataminerAgent.

I’ｍ attaching a capture of the DataminerCube for reference and the ServiceWindow of the laptop on the Agent side.

Please advice.

There could be many reasons for this issue. One of the best places to start is by checking the Cube log files.

You can find the Cube log files in the folder by checking this link:

It was a licensing issue, so HQ provided us with a license to resolve the issue!

Can’t accesss to Dataminer Agent from cube and HTTP(web).
