I'm running Cube Client 10.2.2 on Windows 10 connecting to our Dataminer System on version 10.2.4. Previously, when running DMS version 10.0.13, I was able to run the Cube Client without worrying about my browser's proxy settings which are set to use my company's proxy. On this latest Cube Client version I was having trouble connecting and realized that I have to turn off my company's proxy which breaks my Outlook365 and my MS Teams access. Is there a fix for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Joe,
There are no explicit proxy settings available in Cube. However, you should be able to configure this by going to Internet Properties > Connections > LAN settings. You can either try to bypass the proxy for all local addresses or specify IP ranges and hostnames in the advanced dialog.
Thanks Bert Buysschaert. I’ll try using the exceptions under the advanced proxy settings. I appreciate it.
